Run of Mine ( ROM ) coal is feed the dump hopper via a feeder breaker into twin rolls coal sizer to evenly feed the plant with - 100 mm material. At the heart of the plant is a PLC Baum Jig Wash box that does the majority of coal cleaning.

The clean coal is then wet screened at 15 - 100 mm and 6 - 15 mm. To gain finer control and better quality all - 1.0 mm material is further cleaned and combined with fine jig product to become out product size range 0 - 6 mm.

product coal is then stockpiled separately at the mine site before
dispatch to the port. The washplant produces three primary products of
clean anthracite coal in sizes ranges 0 - 6 mm, 6 - 15 mm, 15 - 100 mm.
